Husband & wife team Scott Cory & Sachia Tinsley who brought Peyrassol Café at Southport to Renton, are finally ready to announce their new concept & location! A wine bar Enoteca located in Normandy Park, just 15 minutes from their former location. Slated to open sometime in late August.

In their quaint new space Scott will offer up a robust selection of wines by the glass, craft beers on tap, hard ciders & top shelf liquor pours paired with Chef Sachia’s small plates menu, cheese & charcuterie boards and other bites to share. There will also be a retail wine selection, pantry staples and more!
